Shape / slimming: method month 1 to 3

Shape and beauty play an important role in the image we refer to others but also in the feeling of personal well-being. Your success starts here today!

By following this method, you will quickly release an image consistent with your ambition of success. Your entourage will be impressed and may even try to imitate you, one of the first signs of success.

So let’s start with a diet adapted to these first 3 months:

  • The shopping list:
    • 1 square full bread of 400g cheese light: fresh choice Philadelphia style (owl: different tastes: herbs, salmon, .. everything is allowed!) or slices (very practical) of hollande light.
    • Choco spread and / or jam: pure pleasure and that’s all

 

  • The morning : 1 slice of wholemeal bread with choco or jam Coffee or tea with or with sweetener (and milk if you like)

 

  • The lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal bread with light cheese (you can add tomatoes and / or salad) drink: still water

 

  • The dinner: A meal like you want just by respecting this: 1 tablespoon of olive oil (no more, no less) meat, poultry or fish, vegetables and pasta, rice or potatoes (no fries, courage they come back soon!)

 

  • drink: still water

 

  • Snacks allowed at 10am and 3pm if needed: plain light yoghurt with or without sweetener or 1 rice cake.
